We train athletes to perform at their best
Because skill means nothing without control under pressure

Anyone can train their body.
Few ever master their mind.
This is where composure, confidence, and control are built.

It started when pressure took over
I’ve been playing since I was 11, from NBL1 teams across Australia to international tournaments in China, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
Over the years, I saw the same struggle everywhere: talented players who trained hard but crumbled under pressure. One mistake and their confidence would vanish.
The focus, the flow, the freedom... gone.
I’ve lived that same battle.
The frustration. The overthinking. The self-doubt.
And I know exactly how much it costs your game.
That’s why I built Peak State Playbook, to teach athletes how to master their mind, control their emotions, and perform with confidence no matter what the game throws at them.

“When I started, I didn’t believe I was built for this. Every bit of pressure felt heavier than it should have. What you taught me completely changed that.
I learned how to control my mind, not just my game, and it changed everything.”

What worked for me worked for others
I used these same tools to change my game: the ones that helped me handle pressure, control my emotions, and play free again.
Now they’re helping others do the same. Because when you learn to master your state, everything changes.
I built this because I wish I had it when I needed it most,
a system to master the mental battles, doubts, and pressure no one was teaching us how to handle.
