Through fast-paced challenges, real conversations, and interactive mindset games, athletes train how to handle pressure, reset quickly, and compete with confidence.
Every session is hands-on, engaging, and built for application, athletes think, move, and apply it immediately in games, training, and life. This isn’t a classroom lesson. It’s mindset training done differently.

These sessions are ideal for programs that want their athletes to build composure, confidence, and mental toughness, not just in sport, but in everyday life.

Program Format & Delivery
Peak State Workshops are delivered in two formats:
3-Session Program: One session per week across three weeks(typically one full school period, around 70–80 minutes per session).
1-Session Intensive: A single extended workshop that condenses the key lessons into a one-day experience (usually 3–4 hours, depending on your timetable).
All sessions run in a classroom setting to create a focused, interactive environment where players can think, reflect, and engage fully.
